Our first reaction to pain is often to try to ignore or avoid it. Therapy is a place to gain understanding and undergo transformation in a safe and supportive environment.

The road to wisdom and understanding is different for each person. I am a good listener but I am not the silent type. I ask questions and enjoy a good exchange. I believe healthy relationships are based on good open honest exchanges.

I have been greatly influenced by the writings and philosophy of Carl Jung. I like to examine dreams, whether they come to you while you are sleeping or while you are awake. I have offices near Santa Monica and in Silver Lake.
